Amazon and Ecommerce Content and Optimization Analyst

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Job Description: We are seeking a driven, collaborative, analytical, and detail-oriented Senior eCommerce Sales Analyst to join the PSi team. This role is pivotal in supporting brands and manufacturers in successfully navigating the Amazon Seller and Vendor Central channels. Whether assisting large brands in resolving channel issues or helping small brands establish a presence, you will have a direct impact on brand growth and success.

As an Amazon and Ecommerce Content and Optimization Analyst, you will collaborate across supply chain, finance, brand management, and sales to plan and execute business strategies from our brand partners to the consumer. This role offers the opportunity to manage Ecommerce supply chains, analyze key metrics, and communicate actionable recommendations to enhance inventory flow, replenishment, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead operational processes to improve sales, inventory efficiency, and profitability on Amazon.
• Identify opportunities to enhance inventory positions through promotions, pricing strategies, and Sponsored Ads management.
• Execute marketing initiatives for product lines, including e-commerce listing optimization, storefront management, enhanced brand content, promotions, pricing, and ad campaigns.
• Create inventory forecasts for key portfolio brands, write purchase orders, and manage the replenishment process to maintain stock levels at Amazon fulfillment centers.
• Collaborate with brand stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure clear visibility into production planning and logistics.
• Develop reporting systems to track fulfillment variances and measure key performance indicators (KPIs), uncovering new opportunities to drive business through data.
• Partner with Account Managers to launch and grow brands on Amazon via inventory management and marketing strategies.
• Prepare and present sales and inventory reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central experience preferred.
• Experience in retail operations, forecasting, and replenishment.
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
