Our client, an intimates & swimwear company, is seeking an Associate Marketing & Social Media Manager to join their team on a contract basis in Secaucus, NJ!

Responsibilities:

• Place and manage press gifting orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate product selections, maintaining organized records for follow-up and reporting.
• Manage administrative tasks across influencer and affiliate programs, including tracking and responding to email correspondence, ad updating campaign briefs and workflows.
• Research and vet potential new influencer, creator, and affiliate partners for upcoming campaigns.
• Assist with building and managing the social media content calendar, brainstorming content ideas, and supporting short-lead content execution.
• Conduct proactive and reactive community management by monitoring and responding to social engagement.
• Perform light video editing in programs like Cap Cut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Export weekly performance results from platforms to support program reporting and assist with tracking KPIs.
• Collaborate with customer service to ensure smooth daily operations, including order processing and returns.
• Maintain communication logs and manage affiliate orders, ensuring accurate tracking and timely fulfillment.
• Contribute to the development of seasonal and campaign planning decks by organizing relevant assets and information.
• Support creative team requests by ensuring briefs are current and complete, updating as campaign details evolve.
• Assist in building weekly marketing reports by placing creative assets into deck templates and ensuring accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and platforms simultaneously
• 3 years + of experience in the social media marketing field.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including functionality, cultural trends, and content best practices.
• Interest and experience in digital marketing, including influencers, social content, affiliate marketing, and ecommerce.
• Proficiency in basic creative editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Figma, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics/GA4 for reporting and insights.
• Experience with tools such as Dash Hudson, Later.com, Influence, CJ Affiliate, Yotpo, Shopify, and Monday.com is a strong plus.
