Associate Product Manager – Shoulder Portfolio

📍 Remote (EST time zone preferred) | Travel: ~30–40%

We are seeking a results-driven Associate Product Manager to support the growth of the Shoulder portfolio in the U.S. Orthopedics market. This role blends upstream and downstream marketing, with a focus on commercial execution, surgeon education, sales support, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive marketing initiatives to build awareness and generate leads
• Support sales with training tools, product education, and clinical insights
• Develop and optimize marketing campaigns and materials
• Assist with pricing strategy, competitive analysis, and portfolio planning
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, and Sales to support product launches and lifecycle management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2+ years’ experience in medical device marketing
• Strong digital marketing and project management skills
• Ability to travel and meet hospital credentialing requirements
• Based in EST time zone
