• 6-12 months project

Key Responsibilities

• Shape insurance business situations, dynamics, and interconnections (growth, risk, profitability, claims, and pricing).
• Contribute to the definition of strategic scenarios and simulation models that help clients anticipate risks and design sustainable growth paths.
• Support project workstreams in insurance strategy, actuarial/financial performance, and risk management.
• Conduct analytics and market/competitor/client assessments to add to insurance business models.
• Collaborate closely with senior partners, client stakeholders, and academic experts to deliver high-impact transformation initiatives.
• Prepare executive-grade deliverables: presentations, dashboards, business cases, and scenario analysis.

Qualifications

• MBA + Bachelor’s in Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in management consulting and/or insurance roles (finance, strategy, actuarial).
• Strong analytical skills; familiarity with insurance financials and actuarial principles.
• Exposure to analytics or AI/GenAI tools (Python, R, etc.) a plus.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Based in (or able to work from) the Boston area.
