A leading staffing company is looking to hire someone who is motivated not only by making money but also by helping people find meaningful employment. This person will sell staffing services to construction, hospitality, and light industrial industries. Previous experience in outside sales is not required. Willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in business-to-business sales activities, both through face-to-face interactions and cold calling.
• Interact with clients to discern their service requirements.
• Cultivate relationships and offer solutions to both current and potential clients.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring timely follow-ups and employing solutions-oriented sales techniques.
• Undertake additional duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or a related field.
• Proven capability to prospect, conduct cold calls, and operate independently.
• Superior customer service and communication proficiency.
• Strong leadership qualities and adept problem-solving abilities.
• Effective skills in both verbal and written communication.
