Job Title: Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Tech)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and on-call shifts (must respond within 1 hour)

Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $58 Hourly
A skilled Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Tech) is needed for a 13-week assignment to perform diagnostic echocardiograms in an acute care setting. The role involves providing high-quality imaging and collaborating closely with healthcare professionals to support optimal patient care.
Responsibilities:Perform transthoracic echocardiograms; assist with stress echocardiograms and contrast studies as required
Utilize the EPIC EMR system for reviewing orders and documenting procedures
Collaborate with cardiologists and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to ensure functionality and cleanliness
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule at least once weekly (response time must be under 1 hour)
May be required to float to other campuses or qualified units depending on staffing needs
Certification: ARDMS (RDCS) or CCI (RCS)
BLS Certification (Required)
Minimum of 1 year of EPIC EMR experience
Must be flexible and able to float across qualified units if needed
