Job Overview Garage Finisher is seeking a skilled and motivated Cabinetry Carpenter to join our field operations team full-time. In this hands-on role, you'll assist in the installation of custom garage cabinets, slatwall systems, and flooring. Ideal candidates bring a strong carpentry background, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities - Arrive on time for scheduled installations and field work.
- Assist with installation of garage cabinets, slatwall panels, and flooring systems.
- Handle and transport materials and tools safely to and from job sites.
- Follow detailed directions from lead installers to ensure precise execution.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
- Perform general construction tasks including measurements, cutting, and assembly.
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients to keep projects on track.
Qualifications - 1 year of carpentry or construction experience is preferred.
- Experience in cabinetry installation, and finishing work is a plus.
- Strong understanding of measurements, hand/power tools, and materials.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing manual labor throughout the workday.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
