• Accurately diagnose and repair cell phone issues, delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide outstanding support by answering questions, offering expert guidance, and creating a positive customer experience.
• Actively promote and recommend additional products or services to support business growth.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a supportive, goal-oriented work environment.
• Travel within your designated area to assist clients with their electronics repair needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cell phone repair or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong interest in consumer electronics and a passion for staying updated with the latest technology.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions.
• Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a high level of execution in all tasks.
• Demonstrated humility and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Valid driver's License.
