Job Title: Cleanroom Support Specialist

Location: Paris, KY

Employment Type: Contract, Full-Time

Shifts Available:

  • A Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
  • B Shift: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM (Overtime Friday)
  • C Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Overtime varies during weekdays)

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated Cleanroom Support Specialists to join a production team supporting manufacturing operations in a controlled cleanroom environment. The ideal candidates will assist packaging operators and production teams by handling tasks such as separating, pulling, cleaning, and fulfilling documentation. Orientation and training will be provided before starting the assigned shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support packaging and production operators by preparing, cleaning, and assembling product components.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including long sleeves, pants, and steel-toe footwear, for the entire shift under cleanroom standards.
  • Adhere strictly to cleanroom protocols and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to maintain ISO Class 7 environment standards.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and follow change control procedures.
  • Identify and escalate potential process or product deviations to minimize scrap, rework, and customer returns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work and common areas using 6S methodology.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy by returning unused parts properly sealed and labeled with part numbers and lot traceability.
  • Complete documentation and electronic production records (EPRs) for all completed operations.
  • Meet assembly production targets and instill a “build it right the first time” mindset.
  • Follow ISO 9001:2015 quality standards throughout manufacturing operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • 0–2 years of production or manufacturing experience, preferably in a cleanroom environment.
  • Ability to wear full cleanroom PPE for the duration of the shift.
  • Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, site protocols, and safety policies.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Preferred: Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and cleanroom production.
