Nursing Clinical Educator – Albany, NY

• Salary Range: $110,000 – $120,000/year
• Location: Albany, NY
• Schedule: Full-Time

We're looking for a Nursing Clinical Educator to guide, train, and support a team of nurses who provide life-changing care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. In this role, you’re not just shaping careers—you’re shaping outcomes .

What You’ll Do:

• Be the welcoming face and expert mentor for newly hired nurses
• Deliver clinical and policy training that builds competence and confidence
• Coordinate preceptor relationships and foster a culture of learning
• Lead observational field visits and provide constructive, growth-focused feedback
• Deliver in-services and education on therapies and medications
• Serve as a role model and occasional care provider in patient homes or ambulatory infusion suites
• Support performance assessments and recommend individualized development plans

You Bring:

• RN license + graduation from an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred)
• 3+ years of nursing experience in home health, home infusion, or similar settings
• A natural talent for teaching, mentoring, and empowering others
• Proficiency with platforms like AlayaCare, Careviz, CPR+, and an enthusiasm for tech-based training
