Superintendent – Commercial Construction | Dallas, TX

This is a highly client-facing role overseeing interior finish-out and ground-up commercial projects with real impact on outcomes, culture, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily field operations for interior finish-out and ground-up commercial projects, typically ranging from $100K to $20M
• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to align field execution with project plans and goals
• Manage subcontractor scopes, schedules, and quality control
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections, track progress, and maintain documentation
• Proactively resolve field issues, make critical decisions, and communicate updates to leadership and clients
• Foster strong, professional relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Support process improvements and contribute ideas to help the company scale successfully

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial interior finish-out or ground-up construction
• Proven ability to lead field teams and manage multi-million-dollar projects
• Strong client-facing skills — comfortable building relationships and communicating with owners, architects, and consultants
• Hands-on knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, safety, and quality standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, informed decisions on-site
• Familiarity with project management software (Procore or similar) preferred
• Passion for mentorship and developing field teams
