Job Description:

Will work with numerous system parts and mechanisms to maintain, diagnose and correct HVAC and refrigeration system problems. This includes replacing parts and adjusting controls for better performance. Equipment and systems will be commercial, as well as residential equipment in a commercial setting. Will also be responsible for commercial refrigeration including but not limited to coolers, walk-ins, freezers, and ice machines.

Job Duties:

• Troubleshoot HVAC/refrigeration equipment and systems that are not working and replace parts that are defective.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all types of HVAC and refrigeration equipment to verify proper current operation and to watch for potential problems.
• Clean and/or replace coils, drains, filters, and condensers.
• Perform related work as assigned.
• Understanding and troubleshooting knowledge of the following:
• Cooling tower
• Air conditioners
• Hydronic systems
• Refrigeration units
• Maintains a professional appearance and a clean and safe work area.
• Must be willing to perform job duties on roof when needed.

Qualifications

• HVAC: 2 years (Preferred)
• EPA Type II (Preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• Mechanical skills: diagnostic abilities, facilitate repairs.
• EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, drawings, schematics, specifications, codes, and handbooks.
• Ability to use various testing devices related to the mechanical trades.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, or stand, lift and move heavy objects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000- $65,000 annually

Work Location: 406 Executive Drive Langhorne PA 19047 and must be willing to travel within a 50–75-mile radius.
