We are seeking a Compliance Officer who specializes in the Clery Act . This Compliance Officer will serve as a regulatory expert, advisor, trainer, and liaison . The role oversees compliance programs, audits, regulatory reporting, and training to maintain institutional integrity and campus safety. Success requires strong analytical skills, regulatory expertise, and the ability to manage multiple compliance initiatives while upholding campus safety and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Skills
The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of experience in Clery Act compliance, campus safety, or regulatory experience. Strong understanding of Clery Act, Title IX, and crime reporting requirements. Communication & leadership skills and ability to engage with regulatory agencies and institutional leadership. Certifications & Education: NACCOP or other Clery Act compliance certifications preferred.
