Insight Global is hiring a Construction Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team in Ajo, Arizona. The Construction Quality Assurance Analyst will support government programs by overseeing field engineering activities for major construction projects along the U.S. borders. This role involves daily site surveillance, reviewing contractor schedules and payment estimates, preparing detailed activity reports, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards. The analyst collaborates with project managers and contractor representatives to monitor progress, resolve issues, and uphold quality assurance throughout all phases of construction execution. This is a fulltime job opportunity with on-site work required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in construction oversight
• Bachelor's Degree (additional years of experience may substitute)
• Experience ensuring compliance with contract documents and to ensure use of proper construction materials and techniques.
• Experience should also include reviewing construction technical data for progress reports, preparing data for processing pay estimates for construction projects
• Experience enforcing construction industry and safety standards on construction projects.
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA 30, MEWP, or QCM
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Autodesk, etc.).
• Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to travel between sites if necessary
• Ability to pass a government background investigation
