Consultants Needed for Back Office Fund Management Operations

The Role: Fund Operations

This is a rare opportunity for a fund professional to help design the systems that will redefine their own industry.

As one or our Fund Experts , you won’t be managing funds — you’ll be working hand in hand with top C level Wall Street executives and the best engineers in AI to build the AI systems that constructs, values, manages and trades funds for top asset managers . Drawing on your experience structuring, raising, and administering private investment vehicles, you’ll work directly with our Product and Engineering teams to translate institutional workflows into intelligent, automated systems.

Your deep understanding of fund creation, Reg D and Reg A compliance, investor onboarding, capital calls, NAV tracking, and reporting will inform the architecture of an AI-driven platform that enables future fund managers to launch, operate, and scale faster — with greater precision and lower costs.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the subject matter expert for fund structuring, compliance, and lifecycle management across CRE, Private Credit, and alternative assets.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to map traditional fund workflows into AI-powered systems that automate and enhance efficiency.
• Help design and validate product features that replicate — and improve upon — institutional best practices in fund operations.
• Identify process bottlenecks and opportunities where AI can transform manual fund management tasks.
• Ensure alignment between regulatory frameworks (Reg D, Reg A, Reg CF, etc.) and system design.
• Contribute to data model development, user journeys, and system logic to ensure institutional accuracy and scalability.
• Act as a bridge between financial expertise and product innovation, representing the end-user perspective of fund managers and administrators.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of experience in fund creation and management , preferably across CRE, private credit, private equity, or other alternative investments.
• Deep familiarity with Reg D, Reg A, and related SEC frameworks governing private placements.
• Strong understanding of fund administration, compliance, investor relations, and performance reporting workflows.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex financial processes into logical, system-driven models.
• Excellent communication skills — able to bridge institutional finance with software engineering and AI design.
• Enthusiastic about the potential of AI to transform how capital markets operate.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, highly collaborative startup environment .
