The Role

We're on the hunt for a scrappy, versatile and AI-fluent Content and Social Media Manager to join our growing team at Lev. In this high-profile role you will be reporting to our VP Marketing, while collaborating closely with our CEO and working across every department in the business. The right candidate will be as comfortable researching and writing long form content as they are creating pithy social posts and engaging Instagram reels.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Taking our proprietary data and transforming it into thought-provoking content
• Working with our media agency to develop, test and optimize high-performing ad copy
• Developing and owning a proactive and reactive social and blog presence and strategy
• Promoting new product features through cross-channel campaigns
• Working with our Account Management team to produce written and video testimonials
• Analyzing the performance of everything you produce to ensure we’re always improving
• Exploring ways to get our message out beyond owned channels (events, podcasts etc)

  The Must Haves

• 2+ years of content experience at a fast-paced startup
• Incredible writing and editing skills across short and long-form content
• Proven versatility to flex across different channels
• Data-led mindset with experience of SEO and analytics
• Fluent knowledge of AI tools and how they can be used to accelerate content creation
• Experience turning data into compelling content
• Experience producing video content, both self-generated and through professional crews
• Knowledge of Figma, Canva, CapCut, etc. to reduce your reliance on our creative team 
• A scrappy, can-do attitude and a flexibility to adapt to the twists and turns of startup life
• Knowledge of commercial real estate a plus; interest in commercial real estate a must
