We're on the hunt for a high-impact Content Writer & Manager to join the Hoel Roofing team. As the

steward of our inbound marketing strategy, your mission will be clear: generate qualified traffic,

engage leads, and convert them into loyal customers by positioning Hoel Roofing as the #1 trusted

authority in Roofing and Remodeling.

This role isn't just about writing-it's about owning the voice of the brand. You'll work

cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership to ensure our message is clear, helpful, and

compelling across all channels, from blogs to guides, emails to case studies.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a robust editorial calendar aligned with

marketing goals and SEO insights.

- Writing & Editing: Craft high-performing, high-quality content including blogs, social posts, email

campaigns, landing pages, and more.

- Inbound Marketing Ownership: Spearhead initiatives that drive traffic and leads via organic and

content-driven channels.

- Content Performance Tracking: Use analytics to evaluate the success of content and iterate for

improvement.

- Brand Voice Development: Ensure consistency of tone, style, and messaging across all content

touchpoints.

- Storytelling: Use a journalist's mindset to uncover powerful customer stories, team spotlights, and

educational insights.
