🏠 Work Style: Hybrid — once trained, you’ll work from home Mondays and Fridays, and join the crew in-office Tuesday–Thursday.

What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers):

• Chatting it up with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Answering questions like a product knowledge wizard—think pricing, availability, and more
• Partnering with internal teams to make customer dreams come true
• Keeping things tidy behind the scenes with data entry magic

You’re Our Dream Candidate If You:

• Live in or around Richmond, VA (this role isn’t remote-only)
• Have a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Bring top-notch communication skills—written, verbal, and everything in between
• Can juggle tasks like a pro and keep things organized even on your busiest day
• Have a phone presence that makes people feel like they’ve called the right place
