Job Summary:
Aaratech Inc. is seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Data Analyst – AI & Automation to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will analyze operational data to support automation initiatives and intelligent decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Data Collection & Management
Gather, clean, and organize operational and system data.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of datasets.
🔹 Data Analysis
Analyze datasets to identify automation opportunities and performance trends.
Support forecasting and operational insights.
🔹 Reporting & Visualization
Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Track automation and performance metrics.
🔹 Team Collaboration
Work with business, IT, and automation teams to deliver actionable insights.
🔹 Tool Utilization
Leverage SQL, Excel, and BI platforms for analysis and reporting.
🔹 Data Governance
Support data governance and best practices for long-term data integrity.
Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
✅ Minimum of 2 years of data analysis experience
✅ Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
✅ Experience with Tableau or Power BI
✅ Basic understanding of AI or automation concepts is a plus
✅ Strong analytical and communication skills
