Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.
• Perform route driving efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Load and unload products using a pallet jack or forklift as necessary, ensuring proper handling of items.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met.
• Manage delivery schedules and communicate with management regarding any delays or issues encountered on the road.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any necessary documentation.

EXPERIENCE AND rEQUIREMENTS

• You must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) safely and efficiently.
• Previous experience in route driving or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing deliveries and paperwork.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members effectively.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Pass criminal background check

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Lifting of 60 plus pounds
• Handle heavy lifting of packages and materials, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
