Job Summary

Mint Cannabis seeks dependable and customer-focused Delivery Drivers to join our team. Delivery Drivers are responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of cannabis products directly to customers, ensuring compliance with all state regulations and company policies. This role requires a high level of responsibility, customer service, and adherence to strict safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport and deliver cannabis products to customers following all state and company guidelines.
• Verify customer identity upon delivery in compliance with state laws.
• Provide excellent customer service during every interaction, representing Mint Cannabis professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, ensuring all paperwork and delivery logs are up-to-date.
• Inspect vehicle before and after each delivery, reporting any issues immediately.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies regarding safe driving and delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Previous delivery or customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with local and state cannabis regulations is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable driving for extended periods and handling packages with care.
