Compensation: $100,000 - $135,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Must-Haves:
• Credentialed with Medicaid – non-negotiable
• Process for new credentialing = 6–8 months, so pre-credentialed only
• Comfort with pediatric patients and developmentally disabled children (Some kids may have things like Autism or ADHD)
• Willing to work with some pregnant patients
• Team-oriented, community-focused
• Willing to assist occasionally with preparing the unit for moves (e.g., strapping down equipment)
Nice-to-Haves:
• Credentialed with additional insurance providers
• Experience working in mobile or community health clinics
• Prior work in underserved communities
