Your Role

• Assist in guiding residents’ nutritional care under the direction of Registered Dietitians.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (MD, OT, ST, Nursing & Nutrition Services).
• Support in conducting nutrition assessments and implementing care plans.
• Monitor and document nutritional status, including weight, wound, renal, and tube-fed residents.
• Assist with conducting Quality Assurance audits.
• Provide nutrition-focused physical assessments.
• Offer one-on-one nutrition counseling under the guidance of a Registered Dietitian.
• Lead and assist in nutrition group classes.

Requirements

Dietetic Technician credential or eligible to sit for the Dietetic Technician Exam (NDTR).
