Job Summary

We're seeking a Director of Digital Marketing & Brand Management who will be a driving force behind Milestone's growth and community impact. In this role, you'll work within the marketing team to help develop and execute marketing & brand strategies that attract families and residents to our communities. You'll combine digital marketing expertise with brand management, creating compelling campaigns that guide families through one of life's most important decisions. This is a hands-on role where your creativity, strategic thinking, and passion for serving seniors will have measurable impact on both our census goals and our mission to reimagine aging. This is a salaried position and compensation will be negotiated based on candidate experience, compensation will range from $70,000 - $90,000 annually.

Essential Functions

1. Implement lead nurturing systems that move prospects through the decision journey
2. Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics tied to census building
3. Work closely with sales/admissions team to align marketing efforts with sales needs
4. Implement marketing strategies directly tied to occupancy goals
5. Create educational content positioning Milestone as a trusted senior living resource
6. Manage our online reputation and review management strategy
7. Develop compelling content for family communications (newsletters, updates)
8. Create messaging that helps families through the senior living decision process
9. Build testimonial and success story content featuring resident experiences
10. Plan and attend events to build relationships and showcase our company and communities
11. Create engaging social media content that showcases community life
12. Develop marketing materials that effectively communicate our value proposition
13. Oversee email marketing campaigns to prospects and family members
14. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touch points
