Johnson City, Tennessee (commutable from Kingsport, Bristol, Elizabethton, Greeneville, Mountain City, Jonesborough, Carson City, and surrounding areas)

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of project management, from reviewing scopes and maintaining schedules to ensure top-quality work that adheres to safety standards.

This role would suit an Electrical Superintendent with experience in residential projects looking for the opportunity to make a significant impact in the construction industry

The Role:

• Manage site operations, coordinate schedules, and ensure projects stay on track.
• Supervise crews, enforce safety, and maintain high work standards.
• Work closely with contractors, resolve on-site issues, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

The Person:

• 2+ years in a supervisory role and a strong understanding of electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
