Embroidery Operator (Part Time/ Full Time)

Lloyd’s Sports is seeking a detailed and reliable Embroidery Operator to

join our production team. We are a decoration business that prides itself

on delivering high-quality custom products. The ideal candidate has

experience with commercial embroidery machines and a keen eye for

detail to ensure every piece meets our quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain multi-head Tajima embroidery machines.
• Read and interpret work orders to determine specific requirements for

each project, including design placement, thread colors, and sizing.

• Select the appropriate thread, hoops, and backing materials for each job

to ensure a high-quality result.

• Load and securely hoop various garments and materials, such as hats,

shirts, and bags, onto the machine.

• Monitor machine operation to detect thread breaks, tension issues, or

any other problems and troubleshoot and resolve them promptly.

• Perform routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning and oiling, to

ensure optimal performance.

• Inspect finished products for quality, trim excess threads, and package

items for shipment.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety

regulations.

• Keep accurate records of jobs completed, production metrics, and any

maintenance performed.

Qualifications and skills:

• Experience: Proven experience (e.g., 1–2 years) operating commercial

embroidery machines.

• Attention to detail: Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate design

placement and consistent quality.

• Physical ability: The ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50

pounds.

• Problem-solving: Good analytical and troubleshooting skills to address

machine issues efficiently.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to read

work orders and coordinate with team members.

• Computer skills: Basic computer proficiency to operate machine

software.

• Dependability: Ability to manage time effectively and balance multiple

projects in a fast-paced environment.
