Clean Smarts is a growing startup in Provo’s “Silicon Slopes.” We are revolutionizing the commercial cleaning industry with a user-friendly mobile and web application that helps cleaning companies manage operations, staff, and client satisfaction. As our first dedicated mobile developer, you’ll play a critical role in the Clean Smarts app's development. You’ll focus on building new features, improving user experience, and ensuring app stability across iOS and Android. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the CTO and contribute to a fast-paced startup environment.

• Develop, test, and maintain the Clean Smarts mobile application using Flutter.
• Collaborate with the CTO to design, scope, and implement new user-facing features.
• Manage the app release cycle, including monthly releases to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Help document development best practices and maintain high-quality standards.
• Triage, debug, and resolve customer-reported issues.
• Participate in Agile development, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Engage in daily code reviews and contribute to team learning.
• Integrate with backend services using REST APIs and JSON data.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance development and streamline workflows.

• 0-2 years of software development experience, including internships or project work.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of Dart and the Flutter framework.
• A public GitHub or portfolio showcasing 2-3 well-executed projects.
• Familiarity with state management concepts in Flutter (e.g., Cubits).
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Authorized to work in the US and able to work in Provo, UT.

• Experience with native mobile development in Swift/Kotlin.
• Familiarity with Agile environments.
• A keen eye for UI/UX design.
