By adhering to the 10-5 rule—acknowledging clients at 10 feet and greeting them at 5 feet—you ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your role involves escorting clients to their meeting rooms, providing light meeting planning support, and offering immediate solutions to inquiries, all while maintaining a high standard of service. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, with excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
