A boutique, women-owned events agency is seeking a Event Coordinator to help produce high-impact meetings, conferences, live entertainment events, and more. What You’ll Do:✔ Support Event Planning & Logistics – Assist in the execution of corporate and association events, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
✔ Manage Data & Reports – Maintain accurate guest lists, travel details, rooming lists, and event logistics reports.
✔ Vendor & Venue Coordination – Work with hotels, DMCs, transportation providers, and travel partners to ensure seamless event execution.
✔ Event Technology & Registration – Help manage Cvent and other platforms, track registrations, and send event communications.
✔ Creative Collaboration – Contribute to brainstorming and design processes for themed events and high-profile experiences.
✔ Travel & Onsite Support – Attend live events and site visits (15-20% travel), assisting with onsite logistics and execution.
✔ Administrative Excellence – Handle event materials, invoices, packing lists, office tasks, and other essential behind-the-scenes responsibilities.
What They are Looking For:✅ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Cvent experience a plus.
✅ Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients, vendors, and VIPs.
✅ A positive team player who takes initiative and thrives under deadlines.
✅ Hybrid work setup: 3 days/week in our Fairfield, NJ office (Mon-Wed), flexible remote days.
✅ Ability to travel domestically and internationally for events.
