Whoa Dough is on a mission to bring delicious, gluten-free, vegan, and safe-to-eat cookie dough to the world! We believe in fun, flavorful snacking without compromise, perfect for those with food allergies or anyone who loves a great treat. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to help us bring Whoa Dough to life at events across the country and grow our community of cookie dough lovers!

Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and resourceful Part-Time Events Coordinator to join our growing team. This role will play a key part in planning and executing 6–10 trade shows annually, along with farmers markets and community events. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, from logistics and materials to day-of execution and follow-up. In addition to event responsibilities, you will provide cross-functional administrative support to help keep our fast-paced team organized and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Event & Trade Show Coordination:

  • Plan and manage logistics for 6–10 trade shows per year, plus farmers markets and local events
  • Handle travel arrangements, booth setup, and shipping of materials
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams for smooth execution
  • Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables for all events
  • Order and manage inventory of event materials and product samples
  • Support with post-event follow-ups and reporting
  • Provide cross-functional administrative support across the team as needed

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Microsoft Office
  • Energetic, positive, and team-oriented mindset
  • Attend in-person events as needed
