Position : Event Marketing Manager

Compensation : Up to $95k Base + Bonus

Location : NYC (Hybrid or Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Event Marketing Manager to join a company at the forefront of organizing exclusive events for senior executives in the legal, financial, and technology sectors.

As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for driving the success of both new and existing events. Your role will encompass the development of comprehensive marketing strategies, executing multi-channel campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and staying ahead of industry trends-all while ensuring the consistent growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy & Planning - Develop comprehensive plans to drive audience engagement and business growth. Collaborate with internal teams to define goals and budgets, conduct market research, and stay updated on trends and best practices.
• Campaign Execution - Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels: email, social media, digital advertising, SEO, content marketing, and events. You'll create compelling content and track performance to optimize campaigns.
• CRM & Audience Growth - Manage CRM systems for lead generation, audience segmentation, and retention. Work closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Industry Partnerships - Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with influencers, associations, and media outlets to expand brand reach and drive engagement.

The Ideal Candidate:

• B2B Marketing Expertise - Has 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to event or conference marketing.
• Proven Track Record - Possesses a history of executing successful marketing campaigns, with expertise in marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
• Creative and Strategic - Excels in both high-level strategy and hands-on execution, bringing creativity to every project while ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Strong Communication Skills - Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills and has an eye for creating visuals that align with a luxury brand image.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years in event marketing.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with legal, financial, or technology sectors is a plus.
• Startup experience is a plus.
