Job Description

Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Community Engagement

  • Drive center-level growth and client retention, meeting or exceeding monthly targets for new admissions and service utilization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, community organizations, and local networks.
  • Lead outreach and engagement initiatives to expand visibility and access to care.
  • Coach teams to adopt a proactive mindset around client acquisition, engagement, and satisfaction.

Financial & Business Acumen

  • Manage full center P&L, including revenue, expense, and labor oversight.
  • Optimize profitability by acting on key financial drivers such as growth, utilization, and efficiency.
  • Partner with corporate operations and finance teams to implement strategies that enhance financial performance.

Operational Excellence

  • Achieve organizational and center-based performance goals and KPIs.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and service delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with licensing, accreditation, and internal standards.
  • Leverage data tools and dashboards to monitor performance, identify trends, and guide decision-making.

Talent Leadership & Engagement

  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, growth, and recognition.
  • Lead effective onboarding, coaching, and mentorship initiatives for new and existing staff.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and engagement activities to strengthen morale and retention.

Relationship-Centered Leadership

  • Build trust and open communication with clients and families, ensuring satisfaction and continuity of care.
  • Support community education and family engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, local organizations, and referral networks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Operations, Marketing, and HR teams to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, education, or other client-centered service industries.
  • Proven track record of operational management, team leadership, and revenue growth.
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and KPI analysis.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high emotional intelligence, adaptability, and results orientation.
