Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, domestic violence, and guardianship cases.
• Advocate for clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Collaborate with community partners, social workers, and legal teams to provide holistic client services.
• Educate and empower clients by providing legal advice and guidance tailored to their specific circumstances.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Attorney in the state of Florida (in good standing).
• Prior Family Law Experience (Required) – Minimum of 2+ years handling family law cases.
• A passion for social justice and a commitment to serving underrepresented communities.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) is a plus, but not required.
