Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Field Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join their team. This hybrid role combines both field and office responsibilities. The ideal candidate will spend approximately three days per week conducting in-home visits with members, ensuring high-quality care and support. The remaining two days will be office-based.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary Range: $115,000 – $125,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direction, coordination, and direct supervision of the agency’s paraprofessional staff, including home health aides, personal care aides, companions, and nurses.
• Conduct in-field professional supervision and on-the-job training.
• Assist in classroom and field competency testing for staff.

Qualifications:

• Current New York State License as a Registered Professional Nurse.
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing or a related health or human services field preferred.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in an acute care facility.
• One year of satisfactory nursing experience in Home Care preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of the scope of practice for both professional and paraprofessional healthcare.
• Strong ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and employees.
• Competence in performing mathematical operations related to medication calculations and measurements.
• Excellent organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills.
