Overview

You will support customers by performing regular maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of bioprocess equipment for our client, which includes pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.

Location: Hybrid, home-office, and company-office in the Annapolis area of Maryland, with regional travel to client sites

Duties Include:

• Service centrifugation systems at client sites
• Effectively communicate with customers and account team members to troubleshoot, diagnose, provide repair updates, train end-users, and ensure full resolution of all customer needs
• Establish fluency in relevant service documentation, including but not limited to preventative maintenance service reports, IQ/OQ documentation, and other service documentation
• Providing customers and other personnel with the necessary support and documentation required to effect instrument repairs, maintenance, and installations
• Travel as required to provide service support to customers and other company personnel (up to 40%)

Knowledge and Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting electromechanical equipment
• Experience with centrifuges, incubators, or other bioprocess equipment is a plus, but not required
• Able to travel regionally (20%-40%), including overnight travel, and need a valid driver’s license
• Military experience is a plus
