Project Director – Community-Focused Financial Operations

Your Role

• Manage Budgets That Matter : Oversee a comprehensive departmental budget, including several sub-budgets, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and alignment with program goals.
• Steward Grant Funding : Track and allocate grant resources to meet community objectives and remain compliant with funding requirements.
• Provide Financial Insight : Analyze current and historical data to help leadership make informed, strategic decisions.
• Support Mission Delivery : Collaborate with program and operations teams to align financial planning with organizational impact.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in finance, budgeting, grant management, or related areas
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or similar
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen eye for detail
• Comfort with Excel and budgeting tools
• Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
