The Role

We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Firm Administrator to join our team in a full-time hybrid position (in-office and work-from-home flexibility). This pivotal role ensures the firm’s daily operations run seamlessly. You’ll manage everything from office administration to finance, IT systems, and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage firm operations including accounting, billing, payroll, and budgeting
  • Manage benefits administration and coordinate with vendors
  • Ensure effective use of information systems and legal software
  • Supervise office procedures, supplies, and facility management
  • Support leadership in implementing strategic initiatives
  • Maintain a high standard of client service and confidentiality

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience : 5+ years of bookkeeping; 3+ years in a senior administrative or leadership role
  • Education : Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Tech Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, iManage, Sage TimeSlips, and other legal software
  • Soft Skills :
  • Detail-oriented and trustworthy with a positive attitude
  • Strong organizational, delegation, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and set priorities
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
