Pay Range: $98- $100/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer seasonal flu vaccines according to CDC and facility protocols
• Perform clinical assessments to determine vaccine eligibility
• Provide education on vaccine safety, possible side effects, and post-vaccine care
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
• Ensure cold chain management and proper vaccine storage
• Collaborate with providers, case managers, and other healthcare staff
• May assist with patient triage, follow-up calls, and care coordination
• Comply with infection control, safety, and HIPAA regulations
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to immunization.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills- Cvent exp and cert required .
• Case management experience is preferred
