Freelance Medical Writer (Alzheimer’s/Dementia and/or Cancer Expertise | MD or PhD Required)

We’re seeking an experienced freelance writer with a medical or scientific background.
Who We Are:
We represent organizations committed to public education about the latest research in Alzheimer’s, dementia, and cancer, with a special focus on prevention, treatment, and integrative medicine.
What We’re Looking For:
· A licensed MD or PhD (neuroscience, oncology, integrative medicine, geriatrics, or related fields) with an interest or background in integrative medicine
· At least 5 years of related experience in Alzheimer’s, dementia, or cancer research.
· A skilled communicator with a talent for translating complex medical content into Compelling, lay-friendly narratives
· Someone available on a freelance, as-needed basis
· Availability to take on projects with flexible deadlines on an as-needed basis
What You’ll Do:
· Research, write, and update white papers on Alzheimer’s, dementia, and/or cancer
· Ensure all materials are scientifically accurate, thoroughly footnoted, and evidence-based
Compensation:
Pay is commensurate with experience
