POSITION SUMMARY

As a Customer Service Associate at Prime Landscaping & Snow Removal, you will be a key member of our administrative team, providing essential support to our management and ensuring efficient operation of office tasks. This role combines administrative duties with high-level customer service to enhance our client interactions and operational efficiency.

Beyond landscaping, we have expanded our services since 2021 to include excavation, demolition, trucking, and hauling. Our extensive nursery offers a wide selection of plants, various rock options, and colored mulch—truly making us your "one-stop shop" for all outdoor property needs.

With over 20 years of experience, our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to delivering exceptional results with attention to detail. Fully licensed and insured, we take pride in maintaining the beauty and functionality of your property year-round.

OBJECTIVES

  • Achieve consistent punctuality and maintain full attendance each month.
  • Achieve a customer satisfaction rating of 95% or higher through effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Manage and update customer and internal documents with 100% accuracy.
  • Provide timely and effective support to management, improving meeting scheduling and coordination by 20%.
  • Effectively manage and assign leads in the CRM software, ensuring no leads are missed and follow-up times are minimized.
  • Ensure all visitors are greeted professionally upon arrival
  • Uphold the highest standards of communication in all customer and internal interactions.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in data entry tasks and ensure all entries are completed by the end of each business day.
  • Oversee and maintain the organization of the office environment, conducting weekly checks.
  • Participate in quarterly training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices in customer service and administration.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a related industry.
  • Proven ability to manage customer inquiries and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Familiarity with order processing and data entry tasks.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred but not required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Light lifting up to 20-30 lbs
