Role Summary
We’re seeking Senior GenAI Architects to design and deliver next-generation AI and LLM-driven systems using LangChain, LangGraph, and OpenAI frameworks. The ideal candidate will define architecture standards, lead technical delivery, and drive innovation across enterprise-scale AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement LLM-based systems (RAG, agentic workflows, memory management).
Build scalable, secure, and production-ready GenAI platforms.
Integrate AI capabilities with APIs, enterprise tools, and data platforms.
Collaborate with engineering, data, and security teams to ensure compliance and governance.
Research and adopt emerging GenAI frameworks and best practices.
Required Skills
10+ years in software or AI architecture; 4+ years hands-on with LLMs / GenAI.
Deep experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and OpenAI API.
Strong proficiency in Python and knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
Expertise in RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred
Experience in finance domain
Knowledge of Responsible AI, model monitoring, and bias mitigation.
Familiar with observability, model governance, and AI security controls.
