Job Description

Elite Metro Corp is seeking an experienced Head of Communication to lead and oversee the company’s internal and external communication strategies. This role is responsible for brand messaging, media relations, corporate communications, and ensuring a consistent voice across all platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of public relations, corporate branding, and digital communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Manage corporate branding, public relations, and media engagement.
  • Oversee internal communications to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
  • Act as the company spokesperson, handling media inquiries and crisis communication.
  • Lead content creation for press releases, speeches, reports, and digital platforms.
  • Maintain strong relationships with media, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
  • Monitor public perception and market trends to enhance corporate messaging.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels (website, social media, PR, etc.).
  • Develop communication policies and guidelines to maintain brand integrity.
  • Lead a team of communication professionals, providing guidance and development.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle crisis communication and media relations.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools, social media, and content strategy.
  • Experience working with executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with corporate social responsibility (CSR) and brand reputation management.
  • Certification in communications, public affairs, or leadership is a plus.
