Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hitting Instructor located in Middleton, MA. The Hitting Instructor will be responsible for providing individual and small group hitting instruction, utilizing our Teach, Train, Transfer G-Swing hitting system. Day-to-day tasks include Gswing instruction, analyzing players' swings using video analysis, providing feedback on Rapsodo swing metrics, and developing personalized training plans. The Hitting Instructor will ensure that each player receives focused, quantifiable training to ensure rapid improvement and build confidence at the plate.

Qualifications

• Experience in hitting instruction, swing analysis, and player development
• Knowledge of video analysis tools and swing metrics
• Ability to develop and implement personalized training plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to continuous improvement and player development
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or related field is a plus
• Previous collegiate playing experience is preferred. High School, collegiate or professional coaching experience is a bonus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
