Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer (Web Design/Figma) - Contract to Hire

Location: Orlando or Miami, FL (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite/2 Days Remote)

You'll play a key role in bringing our brand and digital experiences to life through compelling graphics and user-friendly web designs. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to create visually appealing and effective graphics for various platforms (website, social media, marketing materials, etc.).
• Design and prototype user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web projects using Figma.
• Translate design concepts and wireframes into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Assist in the creation of website assets, including icons, banners, and imagery.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage and organize design files effectively.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on digital and web design.
• Proficiency in Figma is essential.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience with web design fundamentals, including responsive design and usability.
• Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and web design projects.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be located in the Orlando or Miami, Florida area and able to work a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of web development workflows.
• Motion graphics or video editing skills.
• Experience with project management tools.
