Job Description

Our client, a high growth company in the apparel and wellness space, is looking for a Senior Counsel, Product Compliance to lead strategy and implementation for global product labeling and compliance efforts.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on product labeling and packaging regulations across apparel, footwear, and accessories.
• Build and manage global labeling requirements as the brand expands internationally.
• Advise cross-functional teams on compliance topics including Proposition 65, PFAS, sustainability claims, and traceability technologies like RFIDs and QR Codes.
• Develop practical, brand-aligned solutions that meet evolving regulatory standards.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in product labeling strategy at a global apparel company.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. and international labeling, packaging, and compliance regulations.
• Ability to distill complex legal requirements into clear, actionable guidance.
• J.D. from a top-tier law school and a solid academic background.
• 7+ years of experience in-house and/or in big law.
