Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LSW, or LPC) located in Burlington, NJ. The Licensed Therapist will be responsible for providing case management services, conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team. The role also includes crisis intervention, psychosocial assessments, and facilitating access to community resources. The position requires staying current with best practices in mental health and addiction treatment, and ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards.

Salary: $75,000

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and LCSW, LSW, or LPC licensure
  • Must be able to work on-site at Pathways Treatment Center in Burlington, New Jersey
  • Social Work and Medical Social Work skills
  • Experience in Case Management
  • Knowledge of Mental Health and Behavioral Health principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience in addiction treatment is a plus
  • Understanding of ethical and professional standards in clinical social work
