Position Overview

We’re hiring a driven, relationship-centered Loan Officer to help seed and launch our Denver office. This role is a unique opportunity to build a market with significant resources , active founder involvement , and established strategic partnerships that provide deal flow from day one .

This is not a “go figure it out on your own” position—this is a supported market expansion. As the Denver office grows, we will build a lending team around this individual , providing a clear path into leadership, team building, and long-term market ownership.

What You’ll Do

• Originate and structure loans for real estate investors, builders, and developers across Denver and surrounding areas
• Work existing inbound deal flow generated through strategic partnerships, referrals, and company-driven marketing
• Build and deepen relationships with investors, agents, contractors, and local real estate professionals
• Educate borrowers on loan programs and match them with the right financing solutions
• Collect borrower documents and coordinate with underwriting, credit, and processing teams
• Manage your pipeline, follow up with leads, and ensure a smooth borrower experience
• Represent ARV Finance locally by attending events and establishing a strong market presence

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in private lending, mortgage lending, real estate investing, or commercial finance (preferred)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Understanding of fix-and-flip, bridge, or construction lending is a plus
• Highly motivated, accountable, and excited to grow a new market with support
• Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating with a strong internal team
• A long-term mindset and desire to help build out a Denver-based lending operation
