Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Plan and execute operations in construction industry.
  • Organize and track all products scheduled for delivery in alignment with project timelines.
  • Verify the accuracy of all purchase orders (POs) before processing and delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with support.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to meet productions schedules.
  • Identify and report discrepancies or delays and participate in process improvement initiatives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in purchasing, logistics, supply chain coordination, or construction industry support
  • Strong technical working knowledge
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and sound judgment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The work is primarily performed in an office setting with occasional visits to warehouse or construction sites.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time, is required to speak and hear. Vision abilities required by the job are close vision. The employee is required to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery. use their hands and fingers to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally. May need to travel short distances for site visits or meetings.
