Job Description:
Insight Global is looking to hire a team of logistic gate agents for a fortune 500 company to support thousands of drivers across North America. Using a two-way audio/visual communication to verify/identify any necessary specifications on trucks and processes, you will be coordinating, communication, and providing updates on a daily basis to all parties involved in arrival, loading, unloading and departure at warehouses, facilities and distribution centers. We are looking for candidates that are extremely detail oriented, can work in a fast paced environment, quick learner, and technically savvy. This team takes on all greater operations, and allow those associates onsite to focus on the daily operations onsite that need to be completed. On a daily basis, you will be speaking to roughly 200 drivers a day, so excellent and clear communication is a must. The schedule is Wednesday - Sunday, 9am -5:30pm.
