Why we open this position?

The Logistics Assistant will help in the delivery of various Logistics services for the Miami office staff & for specific events.

They will also support the Manager in the administrative tasks and procedures.

🤝 Your responsibilities

Corporate / Projects

To book Logistics services for the Miami office staff:

• Accommodation
• Transportation (flights, rental cars…)

To support the Logistics Manager in the implementation of the Logistics internal procedures:

• Travel strategies, logistics workflows, booking procedures and policies
• Administrative follow up on invoice validations and financial procedures
• Data processing on various Logistics tools

Is it really for me?

• Detail-oriented and thorough in checking documents
• Excellent IT skills, in particular Excel and Word
• Good interpersonal interaction with the ability to liaise with individuals at different levels of the organization and with external suppliers
• Flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands
